Westridge Covid 19 update for Residents

Dear Homeowners and Residents: Please know that the Board is taking reasonable steps to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, including following the recommendations and mandates of federal, state and local governmental agencies to the extent possible and practicable. As you may be aware, the Governor most recently issued the "Safer at Home" emergency order, ordering individuals to remain in their residence and limit all nonessential movement. Therefore, the Board has weighed the interests of the Members and residents to use and enjoy certain common amenities with the goal of minimizing COVID-19 transmission risks in the community. Accordingly, the Board has decided, in conjunction with the federal and state government's recommendations, to temporarily close the clubhouse and related amenities, which includes the pools, spas, outdoor showers, BBQ area, tot-lot, restrooms, etc. Further, the Association's community park and associated amenities will be closed. Finally, please be advised that the on-site office will be closed to residents, guests and visitors. Residents should call or email the office to communicate questions, concerns, needs, etc. to Management.
